About Me

Hi there!  My name is Kim and I’m a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, runner, newbie CrossFitter and healthy living blogger.


 I’m constantly looking for fun new ways to break a sweat, but running will always be my first love.  I’ve completed six half-marathons and lots of other shorter races.  After a failed attempt to run my first marathon in 2013, I have my sights set on the 2014 NYC Marathon.
I have two special guys in my life…one is a CrossFit junkie who is also addicted to ice cream.
And the other a wrinkly and lazy bulldog.
My Sunday Runday
A little while back on my journey to becoming a Registered Dietitian, I started blogging as a way to put down my thoughts on various food, health and nutrition topics.  It has since developed into a place where I can share my adventures in nutrition, running and health with family, friends and (of course) complete strangers!
